- We are currently in the middle of a Proof of Concept with our Fortinet SDWAN, this is moving along well. Note: Skadden is Fortinet’s outside counsel – the SDWAN solution is signed for another $88,000 monthly.
- We are also converting the SIEM within the Managed security to Rapid7 and we will look at a dedicated NOC/SOC team for them: uptick of approximately $33,000 monthly.

The one concern that continues since the acquisition is concern with the NOC support and resolution of tickets and the NOC’s understanding of the Skadden environment: Managed Security, sensors, and the networks employ cradle point out of band management and they rarely utilize these correctly, this frustrates Brian Alberino – head of IT Operations (Brian is our main contact)
